Some mornings breakfast reminds me of Elvis ๐. This led to today’s recipe, The Best Gluten-Free and Vegan Elvis Toast!
It’s Saturday morning, I’m in my P.J.’s, it’s cold out, the lights are twinkling, and I want comfort foods. That’s how this came to be in my house.

My bread of choice is Young Kobras. I have tried so many gluten-free breads since going gluten-free in 2010 and have not found one that meets my expectations until I found Young Kobras.
I try to eat very healthy and Young Kobras met all of my healthy eating requirements. I love this bread because of its ingredients. Itโs clean, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, gum-free, and whole grain. So many great qualities and no bad ingredients!

- Toast your Young Kobras bread, I love their sourdough bread.
- Spread your Savannah Bee Cinnamon Honey on the bread- I know honey isn’t really vegan so you can leave it off if needed.
- Spread peanut butter over the honey, I like to be generous with this.
- Slice your banana and put it over your peanut butter.
- Sprinkle some cinnamon over the banana.
- ENJOY!!!

- Spread your honey on the bread
- Spread your peanut butter on the bread, I like to be generous.
- Slice your banana and add to your toast
- Sprinkle with cinnamon
