Paleo Powdered Sugar
I can’t eat cane sugar, it is on my food allergy list so I try hard to avoid it but it makes baking difficult. I decided to try making a paleo powdered sugar with date sugar and tapioca flour, it worked great and is now my go-to for subbing powdered sugar.
You will need a high powered blender, I use a Vitamix. Add 1 cup of date sugar and 2 tbsp of tapioca or arrowroot flour to the blender. Blend for 1 minute on high or until it looks like powdered sugar. That’s it, now use as you would powdered sugar, game changer!
If you don’t have date sugar you can substitute with maple sugar or coconut sugar.
