Melt in your mouth Chocolate Cake with frosting
This is super easy. Get your favorite mug out, you know you’ve got one! Then add all the ingredients to the mug and stir until combined.
Microwave for 1 minute and 10 seconds.
Now let’s make the frosting! Mix the coconut milk and chocolate chips in a small ramekin. Microwave for increments of 10 seconds, stirring after every 10 seconds until melted.
Put your cake on a plate or in a bowl and drizzle the frosting over the top. Enjoy, this will bring you happiness!

1 1/2 TBSP Coconut Flour
2 TBSP Cocoa Powder
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 large egg
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
2 TBSP Maple Syrup
1 TBSP Chocolate chips– for cake
2 TBSP Chocolate Chips– for frosting
Directions
- Mix coconut flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, vanilla, egg, maple syrup in a large mug.
- Microwave cake for 1 minute and 10 seconds.
- Mix coconut milk and chocolate chips in a small ramekin. Microwave for increments of 10 seconds, stirring after every 10 seconds until melted.
- Empty mug cake on a plate and pour frosting over it, ENJOY!
