Mary Ruth Organic’s Vitamin Review
Mary Ruth Organic’s is gluten free! Many of us with gluten and dairy issues can have vitamin deficiencies, so it’s important that we take really good supplements. Keeping my thyroid and adrenals functioning is obviously important so I take many supplements a day. I’ve tried many brands, but I’m always searching for something better than the last. My goal is to shop for clean products with no additives.
Recently, Mary Ruth’s Organics sent me some of their products to review. After using them for three months, I’ve added some of them to my regular vitamin regimen due to the benefits I feel while taking them!
Mary Ruth Organic’s 12
I was diagnosed with adrenal fatigue four years ago, so B vitamins are essential for me to take every day. Plus, I’ve recently gone vegan, so B12 is even more important now. I love Mary Ruth’s B12 spray with a nice berry flavor and I can feel the boost it gives me. Plus, it’s so easy – you just spray it in your mouth, and voila! When you use liquid vitamins, the nutrients get into your bloodstream faster so your body can turn them into energy for you. These are made with organic ingredients and are non-GMO, vegan, dairy-free, nut-free, gluten-free, soy-free, corn-free, nightshade-free, sugar-free, celiac friendly, keto-friendly, and are made in a GMP facility. Whew! All good stuff, right?
Mary Ruth’s Adrenal & Focus
Ok, this stuff is really awesome! The first few times I took it I could feel it working – and it was a very noticeable change. I had an energy boost and found myself able to accomplish more. Focus is important in my job, so this does the trick for me! I used up the bottle that they sent me and I didn’t repurchase any and I REALLY saw a difference. I’ve since purchased another bottle and again can feel this working and helping me focus.
Mary Ruth’s Liquid Morning Vitamin
In my opinion, these are the best! I was taking several vitamins every morning and this has allowed me to remove several of them from my daily regimen. I used Mary Ruth’s Liquid Vitamins for a few days and stopped, (not sure why) and I could feel it…I was tired. After a few weeks of not having them and feeling drained, the light bulb went off and I started them again. After a few days, I had energy and felt much better. I’ve signed up for auto-ship and am going to keep them in my normal routine. I also feel like it may be helping my immune system. I love the strawberry – it has 14 vitamins and 3 essential minerals.
Good news – Mary Ruth’s also has a 100% money back guarantee!
Check out an excerpt from their website: “If you have any issues or problems with any of our products, just reach out to us and we will REFUND YOU IN FULL, no questions asked. You do not need to send back the product — we believe a customer should never experience any inconvenience or hassle. You can keep the bottle to pay it forward to a friend or family member who may enjoy it or dispose of it as you wish.”
This post has taken me several months and it’s because I wanted to give an honest review of the products, which I truly love. In the last two weeks, I’ve also purchased one more item from their site, the Pure Liquid Iodine. My levels are low so I wanted to give this a try and it gives an energy boost. If you have thyroid issues, I do suggest that you ask your doctor before taking this.
Iodine deficiencies can lead to feeling fatigued and weak, dry and brittle hair, skin and nails, and weight gain. Nascent Iodine is especially important for thyroid health, which regulates hormone production, which in turn plays an important role in metabolism, stimulating the immune system and moderating the central nervous system. Support your body with this essential micronutrient!
I do hope you’ll try Mary Ruth’s Organics. I highly recommend them, but as always, you should check with your doctor before changing or adding any vitamins to your daily routine.
Thank you Mary Ruth’s for allowing me to do this review, it’s been life changing for me!
