Just an honest post about gut health……..This past month has been a rough one as far as my gut health goes. I am so bloated and have visible inflammation. I can’t figure out what’s causing it. Maybe I have a new food intolerance? Maybe I should try an elimination diet again? Maybe SIBO? My IBS is flared up? Maybe this, maybe that? Does anyone else face this?
I have months that go by and I am going great then all of a sudden my body responds poorly. With..
Bloating
Gas
Cramps
Lack of sleep
Constipation

These are all IBS symptoms, which I have but what triggered them? I wish I knew. I get to feeling defeated, sad, and feel miserable because I feel bad and can’t figure out what’s going on. I want to feel good and have energy for my day.
The only thing I can think of that coulld have caused this is that we went on vacation and when I came home this started. Did I get glutenated? It could come from any kitchen we ate at. Even though they knew about my intolerances any thing I ate could have been cross contaminted.

I have tried all of the following and I am sure several others that I have forgotten about….
Digestive enzymes- they worked but then seemed to stop, I feel like something I am eating too much for the enzymes since my body doesn’t like whatever it is. I will link my digestive enzymes below.
Probiotic
I don’t eat any gluten, dairy, corn, or soy and I try not to eat any grains
I’ve tried eating smaller meals throughout the day instead of big meals
I have done the apple cider vinegar thing and it helps a little
I have taken HCL and it didn’t work.
I exercise almost every day and drink 10-12 glasses of water a day
I HAVE noticed that too much fat really bothers me, I am thinking maybe this could be an issue for me and will bring it up to my doctor next week, I have an appointment on Friday.
I really want to be healthy and be the best person I can be. Share your tips below for me, please!
