I love my Healthy Oatmeal Banana Pancakes, they are so fluffy, delicious and filling. Not to mention how easy these are to make.

Let’s Make our Healthy Oatmeal Banana Pancakes

You will love how easy this is.

Heat your griddle to 350 degrees. Add all ingredients to a Vitamix and blend until the oats are ground and all of the ingredients are combined. Let the mixture sit for 10 minutes to thicken.

Pour out your pancake batter to the griddle, sprinkle with chocolate chips. When bubbles start to form on the pancake it’s time to flip it. Give it a few minutes to cook and then remove.

These pancakes will serve one person a generous portion. If you want a larger amount simply double the recipe. Then enjoy!
