This is super easy, I promise!

Preheat your oven to 300 degrees.

Melt 2 TBSP of coconut oil. When melted combine with the maple syrup.

Add the oats, nuts and seeds to another bowl. Pour the liquid over the oat mixture and stir until everything is coated.

Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Pour the mixture on the parchment and spread it out so it’s in a thin layer.

Bake for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and stir it around the pan. Flatten out again and bake for an additional 20 minutes. If it is not quite done to your linking you can bake at 10 minute intervals until its done. I usually bake min for 50 minutes but all ovens are different.

Storing you granola

I store my granola in a mason jar. I keep it in a cupboard for up to one week, it usually doesn’t last that long though.

My favorite way to enjoy my granola is on yogurt. I love Kite Hill’s Plain Unsweetened Yogurt.

This is my typical breakfast. I use Kite HIll yogurt, a banana, a little maple syrup, peanut butter, collagen powder and my granola. It keeps me full until lunch and gives me the energy I need for the day!

This would also be fabulous on ice cream, fruit, a wonderful pecan pie, just to name a few! Get creative and comment below how you eat my granola!
