Chicken is my go-to protein so we eat it a lot at our house. I especially love chicken tenders because they are so low in fat, too much fat and I have tummy issues. This is a simple recipe that won’t take any prep time at all!
Let’s Prep!
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
In a large ziplock bag add your chicken and all of the ingredients. Zip the bag up and shake- I said this was easy!
Add all of the ingredients in your bag to a baking dish and bake until the tenders are at 165 degrees, approximately 25 minutes, all ovens vary so check your chicken.
If you have leftovers they are great reheated for a few minutes in your air fryer, I have this one and love it!
