Banana Bread-No added sugar
We want our families to eat healthily, and I know it’s hard. So why not make them something they’ll love with no added sugar? Our Banana Bread-No added sugar is a great way to use up the bananas that have turned brown, did you know banana’s get sweeter as they ripen? Therefore, they make a great sweetener when baking! But shh, don’t tell the kids.

This is an easy recipe, simply add all your wet ingredients to a mixer bowl and blend until combined.

Add your dry ingredients to a bowl and stir with a spatula to incorporate them.

Add your dry ingredients to the wet and mix. When you turn on your mixer start slow or flour will go everywhere, speaking from experience.
If you want to use some add-ins now is the time to add them, and stir with a spatula.
Spray your bread pan with a non-stick spray and line with parchment paper, this will make the bread easier to remove from the pan, you just lift it out, couldn’t be easier.

Then bake, when done do the toothpick test to check for doneness. Simply insert a toothpick to the center of the bread and if it comes out clean its done, if not put back in the oven for 5 minutes and check again.

Speaking of bread pans, this is the absolute best bread pan I have ever had. It’s not as wide as a traditional bread pan so it makes gluten and dairy-free bread taller instead of flat. I highly recommend you make this small investment, I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.

Now let’s talk vanilla extract, not all are alike, it’s one of those you get what you pay for kind of items. I have bought many brands of vanilla extract and my favorite is this one, the flavor is amazing as well as the price. I was paying in the grocery store 8.99 for one ounce! Give this one a try, I think you’ll be happy you did.
Did you notice that there isn’t any oil or butter in this recipe? Did you know that unsweetened applesauce can replace both of those when baking? Just use the same amount of applesauce to the oil or butter that the recipe calls for. This is great if you can’t tolerate fats well.
