Artichoke Sauce- WFPBNO
I wanted some gluten-free pasta so I created this yummy Artichoke Sauce to put over it. It’s so easy that you’ll make it often. It’s also a great way to get your family to eat something healthy and they won’t even know it, your secret is safe with me!
I have recently started following The Starch Solution way of eating and am really enjoying it. I have lost 6 pounds in two weeks, have more energy, I am never hungry, I am sleeping better, and I am eating real whole food!
So easy to make!
It’s very easy to make, just add all ingredients to your blender and blend until combined. It’s great heated over pasta or poured over a salad. I store mine in a mason jar and it should be good in the fridge for 4 days, but I doubt you have any left.

1- 9 ounce jar of artichokes
1 cup chopped parsley
1 teaspoon of chopped garlic
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon of lemon juice- optional
- Add all ingredients to your high powered blender and blend until combined.
