Dairy-Free Hot Chocolate

This is one of my favorite warm beverages when its cold out. The creaminess that the coconut creams adds is perfect and really gives the feel of having regular milk. I grab my favorite mug and a yummy treat and sit down to relax and enjoy the sweet treat!

If you are keto use stevia or monk-fruit, if not you can use maple syrup.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of dairy-free milk, I prefer macadamia nut milk

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

  • 2 tbsp coconut cream from a can

  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

  • stevia or monk-fruit to taste, if not keto use maple syrup

Directions

  • Add everything to a saucepan and cook on low until thoroughly combined and warm.
  • Enjoy!
