Dairy-Free Chocolate Covered Strawberries are so easy to make that you will wonder why you don’t make them more often.
They are perfect for Valentine’s Day or any special occasion. They are so easy that your kids can even make them!

Wash and dry the strawberries. If you don’t dry them completely they will cause the chocolate to seize up.
Add your chocolate chips to a glass bowl and melt in the microwave in 15-second increments, stirring in between every 15 seconds until melted.

Roll the strawberries in the chocolate. Place them on a piece of parchment paper and refrigerate until the chocolate is firm.

1 pint of Organic Strawberries

Just made these for my 10 year old today! For Valentine’s Day but he saw me making them and insisted he had some now. Lol he said it’s the best thing I’ve made him in a long time that’s safe for him. We are new to allergies so he has t been thrilled with his choices of food lately 🙁 but at least I got this right! Will be making again!
