Mornings can be hard but we’ve for you covered! Sometimes you just need to grab breakfast and run out the door, my overnight oats are perfect for just that! I love this chocolaty oat mixture, the strawberries and chocolate chips are a perfect addition to making this seem like a dessert rather than breakfast. This is one your kids will love!
My jar wasn’t big enough to add my chips and strawberries so I added them the next day when I was ready to eat breakfast. I topped it with dairy-free chocolate chips, strawberry slices, and an extra drizzle of maple syrup, so yummy!
Have you ever had tummy troubles after eating oats? Me too! I recently found out that sprouted oats are so much easier to digest. I use and love One Degree Sprouted Oats. I have no trouble with these, plus they are gluten-free, NON-GMO and organic!
