Chocolate Chip Cookie for One

Dreams do come true! I’m 100% serious when I tell you that I dreamed about this recipe. I woke up one morning, headed to the kitchen, and started testing it. Many times. Yep, a cookie craving made this happen. We’re all probably much better with one cookie versus a dozen. Self-control and all, right? You’ll love this single-serving recipe.

These make a yummy cake-like cookie that is perfect for a quick snack or dessert. They’re super easy; just add everything to a bowl and stir until combined. Then spoon out four cookies on a cookie sheet and bake. Pretty easy!

These are great with a cup of coffee or tea. Your kids and hubs will enjoy – if you decide to share!
